- My houses meet all the legal requirements –they have fully certified gas central heating systems,interlinked mains-powered fire alarm systems,etc.
- Your deposit will be held securely by the Deposit Protection Service,this is your guarantee that deposits are dealt with fairly and are returned (less any mutually-agreed deductions) with interest shortly after you leave the property. My DPS registration number is 1141502.
- I’m easily available when needed,but usually you don’t see very much of me. I keep in touch with my tenants by text,email,phone or in person.
