Our maintenance plans for the next 6 months at 48 Cromwell are:
- replace carpet on first floor landing steps
- redecorate kitchen (paint walls and ceiling, general tidy up)
- repaint ground-floor entrance hall
- replace kitchen sink and adjacent worktop
- replace broken kitchen floor tile
- prune trees / shrubs
And for later in the summer:
- exterior repairs (masonary / paintwork)
- full tidy-up of garden
